Pros

Everything supplied at beginning of job

Cons

Was sold on possibility of great income, but due to 2 pay cuts in the 18 months working here, and lack of inventory. I could not keep customers happy and make good money. Once you land a customer your lack of inventory loses them. Then you are forced to travel great distances to find more customers to disappoint. The only ppl that enjoy this job are at corporate office. These ppl get to cut your pay constantly, play games all day, and dressup during holidays. All the time you are hitting the streets to make enough money to pay their salary. The boots on the ground are not as important as the hipsters in the office. Unless you are willing to work twice as hard every year to make the same amount of money as when you started I would not work here. I personally am leaving.

Pros

Working remotely for the last 6 years has been great. The company has seen tremendous growth and I think it is largely due to the tenure of employees, their deep historical knowledge, and the care they have to about the company and their teams.

Cons

This year people in the office got raises and those of us at home got skipped over completely. It's worth pointing out that most of the longest tenured employees are all working from home. The people who have been here the longest, know the most and have the most invested in this company are the ones getting passed over.
