Great Opportunity with incredible work/life balance - Strategic Account Manager Car Keys Express Employee Review

I've had 3 sales positions in the last 15 years and never expected to ever find a company where you could be successful AND still have a great work/life balance - Car Keys Express is the real deal. I never imagined I would work at a company that forced you to leave the office at 5pm and then didn't send emails to you after hours and on the weekends demanding you to do work related things on your own time - it's amazing. If you come in and do the actual work, you will be heavily rewarded both monetarily and with praise from the Executive Leadership Team. The job isn't terribly difficult as long as you work hard, learn the processes and rely on the other departments to help out - its a good team environment. I like to travel so I don't mind the 1-2x per month trips to visit customers. The daily and weekly activity expectations are completely in-line with the overall expectations, which is very different than my previous employer. Overall, great people and great place to work. When I leave at night or I'm having a simple conversation about my pipeline or a big win, the VP of Sales always says "Thanks" to me - very much appreciated but totally unexpected compared to my last employer.
