Our fleet has the unique opportunity to build strong long term relationships with their customers as well as their team members and Territory Managers. The company strives to standardize processes and activities- especially those involving in our Account Managers daily activities. This helps to reduce the number of hours worked and gives our team a plan designed for success! We do have Account Managers who work 45+ hours in a week; many of these employees are working more hours in order to earn even higher pay rates. In addition, there are newer Account Managers that work more than 40 hours a week in order to build their route and achieve their desired levels of success for the long run.
