As an organization, we pride ourselves on recognizing those who are performing. Recognition can come in several ways - “Shout Outs” from our fleetwide recognition platform, core value awards and total compensation to mention a few.
Our fleet has the unique opportunity to build strong long term relationships with their customers as well as their team members and Territory Managers.
The company strives to standardize processes and activities- especially those involving in our Account Managers daily activities. This helps to reduce the number of hours worked and gives our team a plan designed for success! We do have Account Managers who work 45+ hours in a week; many of these employees are working more hours in order to earn even higher pay rates. In addition, there are newer Account Managers that work more than 40 hours a week in order to build their route and achieve their desired levels of success for the long run.

Working remotely for the last 6 years has been great. The company has seen tremendous growth and I think it is largely due to the tenure of employees, their deep historical knowledge, and the care they have to about the company and their teams.
Cons
This year people in the office got raises and those of us at home got skipped over completely. It's worth pointing out that most of the longest tenured employees are all working from home. The people who have been here the longest, know the most and have the most invested in this company are the ones getting passed over.
