      This is a company that is growing by leaps and bounds each day. I get excited every morning with the thought of what the day will bring. Our product is very unique and I feel lucky to be a part of the team. The staff is energetic and passionate. And the work environment is hip and very "Silicon Valley-ish".

      Cons

      Like many others have said...exciting projects are abundant and there never seems like enough time in the work day. Need to be able to shift your thoughts from one project to another quickly to fit the demand.

      Pros

      Working remotely for the last 6 years has been great. The company has seen tremendous growth and I think it is largely due to the tenure of employees, their deep historical knowledge, and the care they have to about the company and their teams.

      Cons

      This year people in the office got raises and those of us at home got skipped over completely. It's worth pointing out that most of the longest tenured employees are all working from home. The people who have been here the longest, know the most and have the most invested in this company are the ones getting passed over.
