      Pros

      - Friendly co-workers - Laid back atmosphere, but also structured - 830-5pm M-F - maybe have to work OT 1-2 days a year - I've been able to grow with the company the last several years by simply being on time, and doing what was asked of me.

      Cons

      - Still some growing pains like any new company will have - but it's STILL growing, so it's exciting!

      Pros

      Working remotely for the last 6 years has been great. The company has seen tremendous growth and I think it is largely due to the tenure of employees, their deep historical knowledge, and the care they have to about the company and their teams.

      Cons

      This year people in the office got raises and those of us at home got skipped over completely. It's worth pointing out that most of the longest tenured employees are all working from home. The people who have been here the longest, know the most and have the most invested in this company are the ones getting passed over.
