Pros

I've worked at several companies and it doesn't feel like they're growing (some were actually downsizing) Here, it's different. Things move quickly here because of the innovation that goes on. Like any job, you can get lucky or not with a great manager–most of my experience here re: this has been pretty awesome. This company has a kind of buzz to it. It's hard to describe. There are both younger people and older people who work here, but everyone seems energized. Advancement opportunities abound here. They’re always hiring. The building is always changing with the new construction. It really feels like it’s literally growing around you. Upper management makes the commitment to paying well and having a beautiful office. That's a commitment most companies don't make to their employees--sure wasn't like that at my last job.

Cons

Some of the staff are young/inexperienced and sometimes seems like they take working here for granted--not as common with the older folks. Looking forward to the construction being done so we can spread out. It feels kinda cramped sometimes and there’s not much privacy--this can actually be pretty irritating.

Pros

Working remotely for the last 6 years has been great. The company has seen tremendous growth and I think it is largely due to the tenure of employees, their deep historical knowledge, and the care they have to about the company and their teams.

Cons

This year people in the office got raises and those of us at home got skipped over completely. It's worth pointing out that most of the longest tenured employees are all working from home. The people who have been here the longest, know the most and have the most invested in this company are the ones getting passed over.
