Pros

-Very welcoming & supportive culture -Diverse company where everyone fits in regardless of where you are in your life, ERGs are highly promoted/encouraged -Perks & Benefits far exceed any other company I've ever worked for -Executive team is down to earth, approachable, and communicates transparency as much as possible -Opportunities to grow, develop, move up or take on a new challenge laterally within the company -Management team is strong with years of experience under their belts to help guide and mentor their teams successfully -Well performing company that continues to grow

Cons

-The company moves super fast (as most tech companies do), shifting priorities of your work frequently, and is sometimes hard to keep up with ongoing projects -As the company grows, there are gaps in communication amongst departments. It can be difficult to adjust this, and ensure the teams are looping you in regularly in the future. -Product teams are always adjusting ownership and priorities, making it very difficult to prioritize internal tooling enhancements

Pros

Nice office environment with free food and drinks available. The gym and company perks are a nice bonus. There are also some genuinely good people on the team who make the workplace more enjoyable.

Cons

Management can feel overly political, and some managers appear to give more attention and opportunities to favorites rather than treating employees consistently. While the company talks about supporting mental health, the day-to-day culture does not always reflect that message. There is also growing uncertainty about long-term job stability as AI becomes more integrated into the work.
