Pros
There arent any pros. Smoke and mirriors bait and switch a lot of lies and subterfuge.
Cons
They offer oppourtunity but there will NEVER be anything but the crummy capped income they give you and this isnt a shot this is honesty. You will work like youre a college intern basically doing menail stuff like scrubbing toliets , security with belligerent customers, signing legal documents without knowing ramifications , and blatanly selling faulty cars and pretending you didnt know they were faulty. You cant have an opinion in traning you cant TRY to help customers unless they file BBB complaints or copeorate somehow gets the information and they want to save the day. I actually had a manager get upset at me for telling a customer who bought a car the actual price of the car hahaha ITS THE TRUTH. Its a glorified pyramid scheme and theres no incentives cept 401k which isnt anyhing to write home about unless you fork over your meager paycheck lol
