Pros

Mission is good. Clinics provide great services to the community and Co has a good reputation in the community. Team mates are great. Company pays for clinicians training.

Cons

Company is for-profit and their focus seems to be on the bottom line and growing more clinics, not on its employees. Low pay. No sick days. Some locations have no security on premises. Chaotic & stressful environment. Inadequate training. No holiday or team building events. Company doesn’t even provide coffee. Employees don’t have phones (no land lines, nothing connected to laptops). Really! —you need to use your personal cell phones. Benefits are a joke—Medical insurance is so high many can’t afford it and rely on state insurance options, No disability insurance, Mileage reimbursement is a joke. Most departments are understaffed and over worked. Software and processes are old and outdated.

Pros

- Consistent opportunities for growth - Willing to help you get RBT certified quickly - Willing to hire pretty much anyone (see cons too)

Cons

- Extremely high turnover and burnout rate - Unspoken expectation to 'just tough it out' or leave - Poor management at the time (and high turnover of management/BCBAs too) - Constant drama/'tea' between employees - Numerous firings due to employees abusing clients or constantly calling in 'sick' and messing up everybody else's schedules for the day
