--- Nice employee discount --- Full health benefits --- Time-and-a-half pay for overtime --- Doesn't over-rely on performance metrics --- Friendly work environment --- Employees given good level of autonomy --- Ability to listen to music/podcasts/books while working --- Low amount of mental effort required.

Cons

--- SEVERE problem with repetitive strain injuries --- Work is extremely repetitive with a pattern of becoming worse --- Poor communication, transparency and organization from management --- Lack of upward mobility --- Mildly insular and exclusive work culture --- Management frequently exercises favoritism when assigning jobs and roles --- History of removing employee perks/benefits --- Average 6 hours spent standing/walking during a shift --- Very little mental stimulation.

Pros

Loved the leadership I directly worked under, I'd take a bullet for em. But the actual higher ups, eeehhh...

Cons

Company has changed a lot since I first started and with those changes came a sh*****r work environment. Wish I still worked there though. Had to leave when they left for a new facility out of Seattle. Also their union sucked @ss.

Pros

Most of my coworkers were great Pretty good benefits

Cons

Upper management are habitual line pushers with the union, often a new rule would crop up if they found a loophole in the contract to punish employees Rules changed often and it was also common to hear contradictory info as management often pushed these rules last minute on supervisors to inform teams Constant overtime due to constant MTG set releases If you miss a day of work, you are not eligible for overtime pay that week, which leads the company to ask for overtime for holidays using the excuse of downtime in order to work the workers more without having to pay them fairly Lowest retention rate I've ever seen at a company, I worked there for 1 year and 11 months and my team fully rotated almost 4 times Upper management is blatantly anti-union to a frankly cartoonish degree
