Pros

Available to work three 12 hr shifts Friday through Sunday and have Monday through Thursday off as well as pick up extra hours through out the week if wanted to. Great people to work with. Management is excellent in directing work and compassionate with employees and life issues that may come up. Excellent 401k plan and bonus program, as well as very pro active on safety for the employees.

Cons

If promoted some tenure employees feel you did not earn it. And can be stressful dealing with attitude at times because of your promotions.

Pros

- Being safe is quicky becoming the primary focus over production volume - Management is strong and supportive - Lots of room to grow - Values experience and life skills over classroom educations

Cons

- Not the ideal place for someone who just wants to work their 40 hours. Putting in extra time is encouraged. Not necessarily bad, just depends on your priorities. - AC goes out sometimes

Pros

Some of your coworkers are nice Pay is ok. They have profit sharing.

Cons

It felt like they used me to cover labor during an employee’s maternity leave and let me go at the end of the probationary period because she was returning. They said I “lacked motivation” but I was often the only one working while everyone else stood around and talked. I was mistreated by several employees the entire 90 days. Everyone is related to each other, so if you don’t have any family there, you’re probably not going to make it past the probationary period. They cited a missed day of work, but there’s several new employees who have used all their vacation and still no call days with no consequences. Profit sharing is apparently a thing, but I never saw it.
