Cons
It felt like they used me to cover labor during an employee’s maternity leave and let me go at the end of the probationary period because she was returning. They said I “lacked motivation” but I was often the only one working while everyone else stood around and talked. I was mistreated by several employees the entire 90 days. Everyone is related to each other, so if you don’t have any family there, you’re probably not going to make it past the probationary period. They cited a missed day of work, but there’s several new employees who have used all their vacation and still no call days with no consequences.
Profit sharing is apparently a thing, but I never saw it.
