Pros

Ok pay for young people. They hire almost anyone.

Cons

Mandatory overtime up to 6 or 7 days a week, 10+ hours a day. Management guilt trips if you push back on overtime. Discouraged from taking earned PTO. We're told we want overtime and that's why we have it, but really we're just going along with it while we look for new jobs. No one takes covid seriously. Different work rules for different people. Upper management is out of touch and we're just replaceable to them. Parking is terrible. Always told the classic "this is your work family" line that you only hear from abusive employers.

Pros

Some of your coworkers are nice Pay is ok. They have profit sharing.

Cons

It felt like they used me to cover labor during an employee’s maternity leave and let me go at the end of the probationary period because she was returning. They said I “lacked motivation” but I was often the only one working while everyone else stood around and talked. I was mistreated by several employees the entire 90 days. Everyone is related to each other, so if you don’t have any family there, you’re probably not going to make it past the probationary period. They cited a missed day of work, but there’s several new employees who have used all their vacation and still no call days with no consequences. Profit sharing is apparently a thing, but I never saw it.
