Pros
If you've worked at another apartment or student housing organization you've probably experienced cultures of fear, intimidation, misinformation, ego, ineffectiveness, posturing...none of this happens at Cardinal. Ideas, communication, and teamwork rule the day. Laziness and skating by are not tolerated. Of the 4 companies I've worked for in the industry Cardinal is by far the best culture, if you work hard your work will be appreciated.
Cons
Lots of work. Cardinal hires workers though, and teaches them the skills and provides the support they need. It is long days and nights. You will be exhausted, but the kind that comes from hard work.
