      Pros

      The work is challenging! I feel supported by teammates and leaders. Opportunities are available for growth, and learning is valued. It's a very engaging and positive place to work.

      Cons

      Maybe this isn't a con, but because of the workload, sometimes I find myself working after hours or on weekends for short bursts in order to meet a deadline. I take time during the week to balance this out. Work/Life is an important part of the work culture.

      Having challenges each day to conquer is what keeps a lot of us coming back to work each day in this industry. Unlike others, multifamily is a career in which our challenges have an effect on people's lives and safety.       Amazing company and amazing people I have had the pleasure of meeting this is my dream career and I am so happy to be apart of Cardinal i started as a leasing agent and worked my way up and it was very rewarding.

      None honestly please know you will have to work hard of course but it’s definitely worth it.

      - Room for growth and promotions - Job security - Most of your coworkers are easy to work with

      Cons

      - Work life balance: depends on who your white label is and if you work strictly for cardinal they have a better work life balance. - Turnover rate in corporate - Learn as you go / 0 training in every role unless if you have a good manager - CYA mentality - High expectations / sometimes unrealistic goals - When corporate comes into town they are never hands on due to having too many meetings in a day
