Pros

Cardinal is a company that has leaders that truly care personally about their teams and our company as a whole. We encourage leadership at every level and within every position. I very much believe in servant leadership and caring for those I get to work with, and have appreciated the privilege of being a leader here. Recently though, I have had to lean on others for support for a personal reason and have had to personally realize the amount of support and caring our team has for each other. I'm so thankful for our culture, for our leaders, and for the people I get to work with every day. I'm home here, for many reasons, but most importantly because I know this company cares about me.

Cons

I have no Cons to express at this time.

A big point here for anyone reading this review is the concept around servant leaders. A boss isn't and shouldn't be a thing. We all need to put our selves in positions where we use the best parts of ourselves to better those around us.

Pros

- Room for growth and promotions - Job security - Most of your coworkers are easy to work with

Cons

- Work life balance: depends on who your white label is and if you work strictly for cardinal they have a better work life balance. - Turnover rate in corporate - Learn as you go / 0 training in every role unless if you have a good manager - CYA mentality - High expectations / sometimes unrealistic goals - When corporate comes into town they are never hands on due to having too many meetings in a day
