Pros
Benefits ok this year but next year is 2019 cutting them in half
Cons
No management accountability. No consistency between leads or supervisors. Turnover rate is ridiculous. They are losing long term employees by termination or they are leaving. Safety is on the bottom of the priority list. Last year Cardinal bought parts of Medtronic but it doesn’t matter what name you put on the building if management doesn’t change. Moral is horrible and hr is a joke. Training is a joke but when you make a mistake you get a write up when others do not for the same mistake.
