Good Company and good place to work

I personally didnt find any cons

-Unlimited PTO -Remote work -Inclusive environment -Workloads are usually manageable

-Top leadership lacks vision -Frequent restructuring -Lots of bottlenecks and red tape that hurt productivity, morale, and results -Poor communication between teams that feels like comes from top down -Lack of organization and effort towards process improvement -Literally no one seems like they actually know what they’re doing -Frequent project pauses/restarts/direction shifts -Lack of adequate resources -Merit increases less than industry average and doin’t align with increased living costs
