Very obsolete way to manage a team, expecially a new team. The only positive person was my line manager and nobody agreed from operation/Hr of course, because he was transparent and professional
Cons
HR similar to politicians, everything that was told us, it was the opposite, management (except my kine manager) focus on micromanagement, obsolete way, old and unrespectuful
