Pros
The people at Cardwell Beach are friendly and professional. I can work fully independently without any micromanaging. I have guaranteed work every week, but I would love more.
Cons
The work amount can fluctuate each week and, though it's weekly, it only amounts to a few hours per week. If the company was bigger and had more clients, I'm sure things would be far different.
