Care Hospice has proven to me time and time again that I am a valued individual the team all the way to the top is approachable and engaging. They support my career growth by offering tuition reimbursement, haven given me an internal "university" to learn more about how to be a manager at Care and even offer courses geared toward self-care. Care has given me the "work" family I have always wanted, and I feel like I am somewhere I am making a difference every day and it matters.
