Pros
I love what I do at Care Hospice, and I feel good about the service we provide - comfort at end of life. The Human Resources department offers strong support to all of Care's employees, as well as excellent training programs. I consider myself a life-long learner, and appreciate the extensive classes we offer. In my experience, the nurses and clinical staff really care about the patients they are helping, and that makes me proud to say I work for this company. In addition, my immediate management team, are extremely communicative, easy to work with, and are providing tools that I need to do my job to the best of my ability.
Cons
The company has grown extremely fast, in the time since I was hired - this can be considered a con to some. The fast growth has rearranged the basic structure of the departments, and also created some changes in upper and middle management. If you can adapt to learning and growing, this is a great company to work for. I have been very happy.
