      Pros

      It's great to work with a company that brings such a great benefit to people. The winners are not only the patients, but the employers and our own clinic staff. It's truly a win, win, win. Love the Corporate Culture and Core Values of CareATC. Great Leadership!

      Cons

      One of the biggest challenges for a company that serves such a large geographical area is keeping all associates happy and engaged. The efforts by our leadership through monthly all hands meetings and clinic update meetings have improved this effort immensely. We all own utilizing these resources.

      Supportive leadership, personal & professional growth opportunities, great benefits, and amazing work culture.

      Cons

      CareATC genuinely is one of the best places to work and each member of leadership is dedicated to making this statement true everyday. I've heard employees who have been working here for over 12 years express how glad they are to still be with the company and how we've only changed for the better. Only con for me is not finding this company sooner.

      Pros

      As a provider, I love having 30 minutes for patient visits. I feel like I can address more issues for the client in one visit. Our clients' time is valuable just like ours, and it is great to be able to cover more in one visit. I also like that we have a pharmacy on site and I know our clients appreciate this as well. We have a lab onsite which is another convenience for the client

      Cons

      We are using EMR and like other providers, spend time outside of work charting; however, we are piloting an AI charting program which will improve our time management and work life balance.
