      Pros

      Being able to care for the patients the way I have always wanted to via time spent with patients and being a wellness / preventative clinic. They really equip you with awesome training so it's a fearless adventure in knowing what to do when no one's there telling you what to do!

      Cons

      I don't have any cons to share at this point, like my title says, "Blessed". I truly feel like this position at Care ATC is a gift! Very professional and I have all I need to be fully equipped to do the job I need to do daily!

      Pros

      Supportive leadership, personal & professional growth opportunities, great benefits, and amazing work culture.

      Cons

      CareATC genuinely is one of the best places to work and each member of leadership is dedicated to making this statement true everyday. I've heard employees who have been working here for over 12 years express how glad they are to still be with the company and how we've only changed for the better. Only con for me is not finding this company sooner.

      Pros

      As a provider, I love having 30 minutes for patient visits. I feel like I can address more issues for the client in one visit. Our clients' time is valuable just like ours, and it is great to be able to cover more in one visit. I also like that we have a pharmacy on site and I know our clients appreciate this as well. We have a lab onsite which is another convenience for the client

      Cons

      We are using EMR and like other providers, spend time outside of work charting; however, we are piloting an AI charting program which will improve our time management and work life balance.
