Pros

Very fine people work hard at the lowest end of things - the "face" of Care ATC, the front desk, right to some of the clinical managers who do what they can to support their staffs.

Cons

With the change of a client rep to run the clinics, it's been a disaster. They will give the clients anything they want, the clinical people be damned - "you can be replaced" came out of their mouths when we protested. Now, cronies of the director are in place, no one trusts them as they are devoted to their own careers and a facade of "caring". It just makes this job a piecework job, where you have to smile and not be genuine.

Pros

Supportive leadership, personal & professional growth opportunities, great benefits, and amazing work culture.

Cons

CareATC genuinely is one of the best places to work and each member of leadership is dedicated to making this statement true everyday. I've heard employees who have been working here for over 12 years express how glad they are to still be with the company and how we've only changed for the better. Only con for me is not finding this company sooner.

Pros

As a provider, I love having 30 minutes for patient visits. I feel like I can address more issues for the client in one visit. Our clients' time is valuable just like ours, and it is great to be able to cover more in one visit. I also like that we have a pharmacy on site and I know our clients appreciate this as well. We have a lab onsite which is another convenience for the client

Cons

We are using EMR and like other providers, spend time outside of work charting; however, we are piloting an AI charting program which will improve our time management and work life balance.
