Pros

Interesting, provider-centric business model, solid employees, decent pay, casual dress, important mission, nice facility, recent influx of investment dollars. The company has shown steady growth and acceptance in the marketplace.

Cons

Depressing, toxic culture: nepotism (an employee shouldn’t report to his mother, right?), unrealistic expectations, high stress. Employees are rarely, if ever, recognized for their contribution. Instead, they are required to do more with less while the blame piles higher and higher. Leadership is sorely lacking and you can see the panic on everyone’s faces.

Pros

Supportive leadership, personal & professional growth opportunities, great benefits, and amazing work culture.

Cons

CareATC genuinely is one of the best places to work and each member of leadership is dedicated to making this statement true everyday. I've heard employees who have been working here for over 12 years express how glad they are to still be with the company and how we've only changed for the better. Only con for me is not finding this company sooner.

Pros

As a provider, I love having 30 minutes for patient visits. I feel like I can address more issues for the client in one visit. Our clients' time is valuable just like ours, and it is great to be able to cover more in one visit. I also like that we have a pharmacy on site and I know our clients appreciate this as well. We have a lab onsite which is another convenience for the client

Cons

We are using EMR and like other providers, spend time outside of work charting; however, we are piloting an AI charting program which will improve our time management and work life balance.
