Thank you for the honest feedback about your experience while an employee at CareATC. Working at an organization while they are experiencing change is certainly not easy, and based upon your stated tenure, you were a part of the CareATC team during our greatest era of change yet. Because of COVID we were faced to take our entire organization virtual, implementing virtual and connected virtual visits to ensure we never missed a patient’s request to be seen. Additionally, we implemented pop-up COVID testing sites for clients when they were unable to obtain these tests anywhere else. I’m very glad you acknowledged the team… they have an incredible ability, even through change, to keep CareATC a great place to work.
Regarding your comment of lack of training; it is always the goal of our executive team to ensure everyone has the tools they need to successfully perform their role. It’s not always perfect, but we too are continually looking for ways to get better and know this is an area that will likely always need focus.
We’re incredibly proud of the hard work every member puts in day after day. Our united and dedicated team sets very high standards for themselves, moving the mark to continually deliver and enhance the ultimate patient care experience. Our quarterly patient and client reviews confirm we continue to meet and exceed their expectations. This environment of self-imposed excellence is not for everyone, but for those who are exhilarated by their hard work results… they just make it fun.
