Pros

Free use of healthcare clinics

Cons

Chaos! There was no structure within the department, very minimal training but yet get reprimanded if something is done wrong. Receive work related emails and messages all hours of the night. The worst part of the job was the micromanaging and the DAILY department huddles/meetings that did not add any value whatsoever. Employees were expected to work until job was done: midnight, 2am and sometimes all night, never going home. Lack of work/life balance. If you have kids and enjoy your family time, CATC might not be the place for you because it is 100% work.

Supportive leadership, personal & professional growth opportunities, great benefits, and amazing work culture.

Cons

CareATC genuinely is one of the best places to work and each member of leadership is dedicated to making this statement true everyday. I've heard employees who have been working here for over 12 years express how glad they are to still be with the company and how we've only changed for the better. Only con for me is not finding this company sooner.

Pros

As a provider, I love having 30 minutes for patient visits. I feel like I can address more issues for the client in one visit. Our clients' time is valuable just like ours, and it is great to be able to cover more in one visit. I also like that we have a pharmacy on site and I know our clients appreciate this as well. We have a lab onsite which is another convenience for the client

Cons

We are using EMR and like other providers, spend time outside of work charting; however, we are piloting an AI charting program which will improve our time management and work life balance.
