      Pros

      CareATC is a great company to work for. They are always looking to improve patients experience. Great pay and PTO, CareATC takes care of their employees. I have worked for them for 10+ years and I would not work for another company. Off on Saturday and Sundays! Great benefits!! If you are looking for a company that is always striving for the best in patient care than CareATC is the company you want. Come join our Team! CareATC is growing fast.

      What company does not have cons? Every company has cons. CareATC does not have many only one not having bandwidth on how fast we are growing.

      Pros

      Supportive leadership, personal & professional growth opportunities, great benefits, and amazing work culture.

      Cons

      CareATC genuinely is one of the best places to work and each member of leadership is dedicated to making this statement true everyday. I've heard employees who have been working here for over 12 years express how glad they are to still be with the company and how we've only changed for the better. Only con for me is not finding this company sooner.

      Pros

      As a provider, I love having 30 minutes for patient visits. I feel like I can address more issues for the client in one visit. Our clients' time is valuable just like ours, and it is great to be able to cover more in one visit. I also like that we have a pharmacy on site and I know our clients appreciate this as well. We have a lab onsite which is another convenience for the client

      Cons

      We are using EMR and like other providers, spend time outside of work charting; however, we are piloting an AI charting program which will improve our time management and work life balance.
