Cons
So many levels of management. Upper management has little to no contact with lower to mid-level employees, esp remote ones. Cross-functionally, management doesn't like to collaborate with those beneath them. No matter how hard you work or the contributions you make getting promoted in most departments only happens based on who you know. Management hires their external friends with no experience rather than promote knowledgeable employees with experience who have proven contributions. The C level employees have this whole living our values campaign and they push the corporate culture of doing the right thing but it's mostly talk and small meaningless gestures to put up a smokescreen. They don't actually hold their management accountable or talk to employees to see what is really going on. Their technology is older than Bill Gates.
