Pros
They do a good job with both fun and volunteer activities for each office location.
Cons
The technology department is a mess. People are allowed to run roughshod in their own silos and without adhering to any standards, and there are no consequences for doing so. Thus dysfunction breeds more dysfunction with no leadership mandates laid down. The product department is also a mess, with so much overhead in business and product; there is a higher level role just to basically do excel status reports every week for a 4 hour weekly meeting where everyone congratulates each other. Product/business department does not follow any core standards either, with strife amongst prioritization (there is no prioritization except "always do Wellcare work first") and make near impossible promises to clients that they push on other departments to deliver and those departments are left holding the bag.
