When I was first offered the job they painted this job like we were there to make a difference and really help the patients. Then when I started working here I realized these were all lies and all they cared about were numbers/metrics. Management absolutely sucks, they micromanage EVERYTHING you do that it makes you more and more stressed and creates a hostile work environment. I understand metrics are important absolutely in ANY company but it was to the point where calls per hour mattered more so you would have to actually put on a timer when speaking to customers if not you would not be able to meet your goal and your team/manager would loose out on bonuses. At the end of the day working here was NEVER about the patients but ALWAYS about the money. And if you worked hard and were the best/ an overachiever they would target you even more… they would place you in different projects just to USE you without even asking at times. At first you were like omg I am being designated to work in other projects because I excel in what I do and I’m one of the best… and then I started to realize what was the real deal, I was just a tool for them to practice on. I can go on and on and on about the mistreatment from the racism to the favoritism . I’m just thankful I know my worth and I only lasted a year. I pray for those co-workers I’ve met that are still there because they deserve so much more as well.
