Pros
-Great people that genuinely care about the company -The company seems to have a want to be a go to like other Companies -Great stock -They offer health beneifts -They offer a bonus -They offer a retention bonus(Only if your a Scientist)
Cons
-Where do i start? -Company only wants drones who don't see how bad they are being treated -Lack of interest from managers in their employees -Company has a "ill get them as their leaving attitude" -They do not want you seem unloyal, they prefer that you do not seek out improving your standing at other companies -Cheap -Too many meetings -Left hand doesn't know what the right hand is doing even though there are so many meetings -Company that is still living in the 20th Century, foresight is only based on its stock not its people
