Pros

Really great people | Very caring staff at the Brisbane office | Company makes good money on its test | They give a bonus | Culture used to be a good reason to stay

Cons

Culture has been obliterated | Horrible response to cornavirus at every single opportunity the company has failed | Didn't tell us about a positive test until 3 weeks later after many people spent time with family | about as transparent as a vantablack wall | has tried to force people who do not need to be in office back in to the office | I have felt afraid to ask HR for anything | The soul of the company and the environment has changed | The company tries to tell all employees they are happy even though most of it's employees are extremely unhappy | They have forced out very good an caring people | The company makes tons of money spends none of it on it's people | The company still lives in the 20th century | no work home life balance talk allowed | No WFH talk allowed | Don't ask about catered lunches also | They usually try to buy enough for how many people they have but often fall short in amounts | Most of the staff who didn't need to work in a lab have completely lost touch with how the lab staff feel, it just doesn't seem as if they care

Pros

Lots of autonomy in position. Depending on the RD, most Regional Directors are supportive and not micromanaging.

Cons

For the sales force, CareDx is "penalize for performance" not "pay for performance." Quotas are adjusted harshly each quarter. There is, and has historically been, a very high turnover rate of the Transplant Account Manager (TAM) role at CareDx. This company loses 3-4 strong performing TAM's every 6 months, which is 10% of their sales force, constantly turning over. This company loses top performers because they are not compensated well, they are not losing the bottom performers. Customer accounts have noticed and are aggravated, "Who is our Account Manager now?"
