90% of their employees are contractors and are treated horrendously. For instance, everyone received a candy bag for Halloween except for their contracted employees. They do a very great job at making you feel excluded and less than what you are worth. There are also too many employees and not enough work, so most of the time I was bored. Also if you are a contractor, they do not offer you BlueCross insurance, instead you are offered United Healthcare, which is very ironic.
