Pros
I have been with the company for several years and have seen individuals who work hard get promoted. I like the company. They truly care about its members and provide good health insurance to the community. I feel management has tried to make things better and have provided training, employee of the month programs and try to hire the right people
Cons
People who don't come to work every day and want to do the least amount possible tend to be allowed to stay way too long and then cause morale issues that effect the rest of the team
