Lots of layers in management making the process for reviews and approvals challenging which can slow down associate productivity. Many associates have been in their roles for a long time which can make it difficult to get promotions. Size of the organization can make communicating effectively challenging. Culture is very corporate and "politics" play a role in many departments.
