Pros

PTO, advancement opportunites, locations, ability to work from home. Many long time employees with ten to twenty plus years tells you that they are satisfied.

Cons

They need to pay more for the amount of training you have to go through and for all the knowledge you have to contain.

Pros

I have a supportive team, my leadership encourages work-life balance, the company culture is very pleasing to me, plenty of leadership presence and transparency about company happenings, and the employee benefits are phenomenal.

Cons

I genuinely don't have anything negative to say at this moment.

Pros

Ability to work from home.

Cons

Extremely low salary for 2026. Far too much work to stay afloat. Everyone is on PTO constantly which makes training/help almost impossible. Tenured employees are unavailable majority of the time and leave unfinished work on your plate to deal with.
