Cons: you work for horrible people. Under paid, over worked, and you still see the misspending hole raising premiums. Management doesn’t support its people at all. They hide in meetings that are overkill laughing and cutting up while the worker bees grow more and more angry. Management is also too scared to have tough conversations with people so they avoid it.
