      There are a lot of moving parts to the company... Joining the right team will help build you and your career. The IT dept is excellent

      Cons

      Easily carried away with projects and lower level staff are forgotten and basically left alone... Management needs to be more engaging

      I have a supportive team, my leadership encourages work-life balance, the company culture is very pleasing to me, plenty of leadership presence and transparency about company happenings, and the employee benefits are phenomenal.

      Ability to work from home.

      Cons

      Extremely low salary for 2026. Far too much work to stay afloat. Everyone is on PTO constantly which makes training/help almost impossible. Tenured employees are unavailable majority of the time and leave unfinished work on your plate to deal with.
