Pros

Depending on the manager, you can have opportunities for training, promotion, and grooming for management. The benefits are comprehensive, and there are contributory retirement plans.

Cons

The wrong manager can set the tone for the whole department, and many of them are promoting a back-biting, fault-finding, unfair system that rewards dishonest, unethical, and obsequious individuals over hardworking truth-tellers.

Pros

I have a supportive team, my leadership encourages work-life balance, the company culture is very pleasing to me, plenty of leadership presence and transparency about company happenings, and the employee benefits are phenomenal.

Cons

I genuinely don't have anything negative to say at this moment.

Pros

Ability to work from home.

Cons

Extremely low salary for 2026. Far too much work to stay afloat. Everyone is on PTO constantly which makes training/help almost impossible. Tenured employees are unavailable majority of the time and leave unfinished work on your plate to deal with.
