No help from supervisors and they dont even get along with each other. They bicker over favoritism from their manager. No employee development since everyone is promoted by favoritism Horrible pay You have to start before your scheduled shiftin orger to get the system that dont work correctly up and running Even the managers are looking to go elsewhere Team leads talk down constantly to others in front of supervisors You never get access to the system to help the clientele Etc.
