Pros
Everybody is so helpful when it comes to new people asking questions and they explain the situation very well for similar situations on future calls. Sometimes I feel like I'm asking questions over and over again, but nobody ever gets annoyed because they understand it takes a little while to adjust and learn especially if you have never worked with medical insurance before, which I have not. Before this job I didn't have the first idea about insurance and usually left that to my dad who works in insurance, but it is a wonderful opportunity & a great life skill to have as I grow older.
Cons
It was very stressful coming into calls after my training because it seemed like there was no time to breathe. I wish I was able to choose what my full-time schedule was after training. I enjoyed the training schedule; I don't enjoy working in the middle of the day but there's always room for advancement so hopefully that will change soon, and I can get back to my earlier shift.
