      Great managers, amazing benefits as well as PTO time. Provides computers to work remote. Encourage you to continue to learn.

      Mandatory Overtime, need to work until que is cleared out no matter what the time is.

      I have a supportive team, my leadership encourages work-life balance, the company culture is very pleasing to me, plenty of leadership presence and transparency about company happenings, and the employee benefits are phenomenal.

      Ability to work from home.

      Cons

      Extremely low salary for 2026. Far too much work to stay afloat. Everyone is on PTO constantly which makes training/help almost impossible. Tenured employees are unavailable majority of the time and leave unfinished work on your plate to deal with.
