Pros

I’m in the sales area of the company and it makes me feel good to represent an insurance company like this. They really care about the customers. Pay is good, health benefits are great, new leadership this year seems like is making it even better.

Cons

More staff is needed to cover more work. Technology is improving but still needs to improve.

I have a supportive team, my leadership encourages work-life balance, the company culture is very pleasing to me, plenty of leadership presence and transparency about company happenings, and the employee benefits are phenomenal.

Cons

I genuinely don't have anything negative to say at this moment.

Pros

Ability to work from home.

Cons

Extremely low salary for 2026. Far too much work to stay afloat. Everyone is on PTO constantly which makes training/help almost impossible. Tenured employees are unavailable majority of the time and leave unfinished work on your plate to deal with.
