      Great work life balance, they pay for certifications and org fees, fully remote all around great working culture.

      Cons

      Opportunity to grow is limited I’ve been working here for 4 years only seen two people promoted 1 got a regular promotion the other had to apply for it.

      Pros

      I have a supportive team, my leadership encourages work-life balance, the company culture is very pleasing to me, plenty of leadership presence and transparency about company happenings, and the employee benefits are phenomenal.

      I genuinely don't have anything negative to say at this moment.

      Ability to work from home.

      Cons

      Extremely low salary for 2026. Far too much work to stay afloat. Everyone is on PTO constantly which makes training/help almost impossible. Tenured employees are unavailable majority of the time and leave unfinished work on your plate to deal with.
