The company encourages getting a higher level education as well as having a good work-life balance. Working at CareerBuilder your professional goals are considered and management does well with developing employees to hit and holding each accountable to hit those goals.
Cons
This is a sales driven company, if you're looking to move into any other department other than sales this might not be the employer to work for. On the other hand, sales is a great arena to work in as it does take customer relations and management to another level.
