Pros
Unlike most companies who throw together a few buzzwords and call it a mission, everyone here, from the very top on down, has a personal story about caregiving and a compelling reason they chose to be here. I've honestly never encountered a for-profit company that's as dedicated to a positive cause as Seniorlink. And that's all besides the fact that given the market opp and position, the company stands to continue growing steadily and has a chance to really take off with Vela. It actually feels more like a scrappy young startup and I frequently find myself forgetting that it's not.
Cons
Being an established company means there are some legacy processes and behaviors that are entrenched and somewhat more difficult to update than they would be at a startup.
