Pros

The company is new and quickly growing, so it was an exciting environment to work in. Employees are given a great deal of freedom and new ideas are encouraged. I felt valued as an employee there. The location is also very convenient as it is located in Copley Square.

Cons

Co-workers were considerably older. If you are in you're twenties, it may be hard to have work friends. However, on a positive note, there is a lot to learn from those who work there as they have tremendous experience in the industry.

Pros

Rewarding work, some supportive team members, remote work, overall a decent job if you keep to yourself and have moderate expectations. They sell you a mission, but once you start you realize that doesn't really exist. Very metric focused and due to staffing changes those metrics can be unattainable at times unless you sacrifice the quality of your work which management will encourage you to do to 'maximize efficiency'

Cons

Increasingly high case load, constant office drama- easy to avoid but certain coworkers and managers will focus more on 'team culture' but really they just want to gossip and ensure you fall in line with their 'side'
