      Pros

      I spent 17 years at Seniorlink. A mission driven company that is creating a new model of care - helping caregivers support loved ones with incredibly complex needs in the community. You make a difference doing work like this - you get to be creative, independent and know that what you do matters.

      Cons

      Healthcare innovation and change is hard work. Stay where you are if you want easy and simple. Achieving "work life balance" is hard work, but, in the end, up to you...not your employer. This is a company for people in charge of their lives - that is a gift that some are not ready for. For those that are, there is no better place to grow and see what you can accomplish.

      Pros

      Rewarding work, some supportive team members, remote work, overall a decent job if you keep to yourself and have moderate expectations. They sell you a mission, but once you start you realize that doesn't really exist. Very metric focused and due to staffing changes those metrics can be unattainable at times unless you sacrifice the quality of your work which management will encourage you to do to 'maximize efficiency'

      Cons

      Increasingly high case load, constant office drama- easy to avoid but certain coworkers and managers will focus more on 'team culture' but really they just want to gossip and ensure you fall in line with their 'side'
